My family always orders this omega, taking two capsules daily. Price and quality align well. Each can lasts a long time and the capsules are easy to swallow. The EPA-DHA balance is commendable, with 400 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA per capsule, totalling 600 mg omega-3. This supplement made my skin more moisturised, eliminated lip dryness, and significantly addressed hair loss, with new hair growth being quite evident.

I consume omega all year on my trichologist's advice and have seen marked improvement over three consultations. Hair loss has decreased, and hair thickness has increased. My facial skin looks better, and dryness has disappeared. Even the rough skin on my elbows and heels feels much softer, requiring no exfoliation. A significant plus for me is the reduction in eye fatigue and improved vision, as I used to struggle with discomfort while using gadgets.

Reduced hair loss
This Omega-3 has been effective! I started taking it after pregnancy when my hair loss had worsened. After a month of taking it with collagen, my hair loss has reduced significantly to just a few strands. Furthermore, my skin has improved in appearance, and discomfort in my back and joints has diminished, allowing me to carry my child more easily. I highly recommend this Omega!
Hair loss, also known as alopecia, is a common condition that affects both men and women, characterized by the thinning or complete loss of hair from the scalp or other areas of the body. It can occur due to various factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, medical conditions, and environmental factors. The most prevalent type of hair loss is androgenetic alopecia, often referred to as male or female pattern baldness, which typically results in a receding hairline or thinning crown in men and overall thinning in women.
In addition to genetic predisposition, hair loss can be triggered by stress, poor diet, certain medications, and underlying health issues such as thyroid disorders or autoimmune diseases. There are various treatment options available, ranging from over-the-counter products like minoxidil to prescription medications and hair restoration procedures, depending on the severity and cause of hair loss. It's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate treatment plan tailored to individual needs and conditions.
Omega-3 fish oil is a nutritional supplement derived from the fatty tissues of fish, particularly fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, and sardines. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential fats that the body cannot produce on its own. The most significant types of omega-3s found in fish oil are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), both of which are known for their numerous health benefits. These include reducing inflammation, supporting heart health, and promoting brain function.
Incorporating omega-3 fish oil into your diet can be beneficial if you don’t consume enough fish regularly. Many health experts recommend oily fish as a part of a balanced diet due to their high omega-3 content. For those who find it difficult to include fish in their meals, fish oil supplements can offer a convenient alternative, providing the same essential fatty acids in concentrated form. However, it’s essential to choose high-quality supplements that are third-party tested for purity and potency to avoid contaminants such as heavy metals or other toxins that can impact health.
While there is no definitive answer to whether Omega-3 fish oil can prevent hair loss, some studies suggest that these essential fatty acids may support overall hair health. Omega-3s are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and are thought to promote blood circulation, which can help nourish hair follicles. This may lead to an improvement in the overall condition of your hair, potentially reducing shedding and promoting growth. However, it's important to note that hair loss can be influenced by numerous factors, including genetics, stress, and hormonal changes.
If you're considering adding Omega-3 fish oil to your regimen, it might be beneficial to consult with a healthcare professional to assess your specific situation and any underlying issues that may be contributing to hair loss. Keep in mind that while Omega-3s can aid in overall health, they should ideally be part of a broader hair care strategy that includes a balanced diet, proper hair care practices, and possibly other treatments specific to hair loss.

This supplement is supported by scientific research for hair loss, specifically omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. A randomized study involving 120 healthy women examined the impact of a 6-month supplementation regimen that included these fatty acids along with antioxidants. The study found significant improvements in hair density, with nearly 90% of participants reporting reduced hair loss and enhanced hair thickness and density [1]. This evidence suggests that incorporating omega-3 and omega-6 into a daily routine could be beneficial for women experiencing hair loss, making it a potentially effective option to consider.
Based on user reviews, many individuals have reported significant improvements in both hair and skin health after incorporating this omega supplement into their daily regimen. Users frequently mention a reduction in hair loss almost immediately, with several stating that their hair loss has not only slowed but that new hair growth has been visibly apparent within a month or two of consistent use. For example, one user noted that after a month of taking the supplement alongside collagen, their hair loss reduced to just a few strands, while another attributed the cessation of hair loss to integrating the omega supplements with a sulfate-free shampoo Read ReviewRead Review.
In addition to benefits for hair, users have reported enhanced skin hydration and overall texture. Many found a noticeable difference in skin dryness with some stating conditions like rough skin on elbows and heels became softer after regular use of the omega capsules. Anecdotal reports highlight that the supplement not only supported hair strength but also improved skin quality and reduced eye fatigue, indicating broader health benefits as part of a comprehensive wellness strategy Read Review. However, it's essential to keep in mind that individual results can vary, and sustained use combined with other health practices is often encouraged for optimal outcomes.
Based on user reviews, many individuals have found that combining this omega supplement with other products has yielded significant results in managing hair loss. For example, one user reported a complete cessation of hair loss after using the omega supplement alongside a sulfate-free shampoo, indicating that multiple approaches can synergize well in addressing hair issues Read Review. Similarly, another user experienced substantial improvement by incorporating the omega with collagen, noting a reduction in hair loss to just a few strands after a month of consistent use Read Review.

The research indicates that a supplementation of omega 3 and omega 6, alongside antioxidants, can effectively help combat hair loss in women. In a randomized study involving 120 healthy participants over a period of six months, a significant 89.9% of women reported notable improvements in hair thickness and density, as well as a reduction in hair loss. The results were substantiated by objective measurements through photographs, suggesting that this combination of omega fatty acids can be a beneficial approach for those experiencing hair thinning or loss [1].
For optimal results, it appears that the combined intake of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, rather than a specific dose of omega 3 fish oil alone, is recommended. While the precise dosage was not detailed in the research, incorporating these essential fatty acids into your regimen could serve as a natural aid to enhance hair health and overall density. As always, it’s best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplementation.[1]

Amazing effect
I took this alongside biotin, and the effect is astonishing! My hair loss has ceased, my nails are stronger, and most importantly, my night cramps have completely disappeared. The cost of this magnesium is also significantly lower than what I'd find at the pharmacy.
